Carthage College thrower Morgan Young (Fr., Mahomet, Ill./Mahomet-Seymour) was named a College Conference of Illinois & Wisconsin "Women's Outdoor Track & Field Athletes of the Week" on April 22 for the second time in three weeks.  

The Carthage College women's track and field team (20-6 outdoor record) finished fifth at the Thursday, April 17 Wheaton College (Ill.) "Don Church Twilight Invitational" at McCully Stadium in Wheaton, Ill. 

The Carthage College women's track and field team (16-2 outdoor record) won the Saturday, April 12 Benedictine University (Ill.) "Eagle Invitational" at the Lisle-Benedictine University Sports Complex in Lisle, Ill.
