New Orleans, La. - The University of Wisconsin-La Crosse women's and men's cross country teams have been named to the list of the 2019 U.S. Track & Field and Cross Country Coaches Association (USTFCCCA) Scholar Teams. UWL's women's squad was second among seven teams in the Wisconsin Intercollegiate Athletic Conference (WIAC) to earn the award, finishing with a 3.62 grade point average. The Eagles' men's squad was tied for second in the WIAC with a 3.40 cumulative grade point average. Seven men's teams in the league earned the USTFCCCA Scholar Award.
