MADISON, Wis. - Last August, the Wisconsin men's and women's track and field and cross country teams were combined under Director of Cross Country and Track and Field Mick Byrne. On Monday, University of Wisconsin Director of Athletics Barry Alvarez announced a restructuring of the coaching staff that eliminates the position of head women's cross country and track and field coach, previously held by Jim Stintzi.
