UW-Stout placed seventh of 24 teams as the Blue Devils returned to action at the UW-Eau Claire Blugold Open on a cold, wet and windy Friday afternoon at Whitetail Golf Club. Kathleen Thorn led Stout and Morgan Sweeney, Sydnee Braun, Jordan Kelch, and Josie Petersson finished in the top 25 percent of runners.
