UW-L Wins Griak Invite; Four Runners Place in Top-11Published by
Minneapolis, Minn. - The University of Wisconsin-La Crosse men's cross country team won the University of Minnesota Roy Griak Invitational Saturday at Les Bolstad Golf Course. The Eagles finished with 43 team points to capture their fifth Griak Men's Division III Maroon Race title since it was founded in 2007. UW-Oshkosh placed second (46 points) Saturday while Wartburg College (Iowa) was third (82). St. John's University (Minn.) finished fourth (124) and Hamline University (Minn.) fifth (127).
