Chicago, Ill. - Former University of Wisconsin-La Crosse cross country and track & field standout Julia (Rudd) Webb set a half marathon world record pushing a stroller at The Humana Rock 'n' Roll Chicago Half Marathon July 17. Her time of 1:22.57 broke the record of 1:27.34 set by Lindsy James of the United Kingdom set in June. Webb's time equates to 6:20 per mile as she finished seventh overall in the women's half-marathon.
