La Crosse, Wis. - Approximately 30 members of the University of Wisconsin-La Crosse women's track & field squad collected 1,141 pounds of food for WAFER of La Crosse County. The food was collected as part of WAFER's 4th Annual Trick or Treating program. The event was organized by UWL senior captains Kendra Antony of Melrose (Melrose-Mindoro), Mallory Hall of Johnson Creek (Michigan Lutheran Seminary), Elizabeth May of Adams, Minn. (Southland), Autumn Miller of Roscoe, Ill. (Harlem) and Maggie Slatter of Janesville (Craig).
